How to add or edit a User/Employee's Next Gear profile picture

• Next Gear allows you to create and edit Inspections from any web browser

How To

1. Open a web browser and go to  nextgear.boltontechnology.com  

   1. This is the main log in page for the Next Gear application

   2. Enter your Cell Phone number into the text field with the mobile device icon

      1. Select the Send Access Code button

      2. You will receive an Access Code via text message and email to the phone number and account email that was provided

      3. Enter the Access code in the provided text field

      4. To stay logged into your account select the checkbox provided

      5. Select the Sign in button to proceed

         1. Select your shop location by selecting the corresponding button

         2. To Add a new location select the add location button

      6. Proceed to the next step of this page below

   3. To create an account see Create an Account

1. From the inspection view of the Next Gear application

   1. Select the Settings option from the top right of page (the gear icon)

      1. On the right of the page under the Account heading

         1. Select the USERS/EMPLOYEES  button

         2. On the Users/Employees page select the 3 dot button next to the corresponding user you would like to update the picture for 

         3. Select Set Profile Pic from the menu

            1. To take a profile picture (Mobile Device only)

               1. Select the Camera icon

               2. Take a picture

               3. Select Ok to confirm or Retry to try again

            2. To select an existing photo

               1. Navigate to the appropriate picture and select it
