      How to send Text Message to Customers via Mobile Manager Pro

      Things To Note

      • Templates built in to Message Manager Pro are unavailable in Mobile Manager Pro

      • Mobile Manager Pro will pull phone numbers from assigned phone fields in Message Manager Pro for text messages

      • Text messages sent via Mobile Manager Pro will record to Message Manager Pro conversations

      How To

      1. Open Mobile Manager Pro on desired tablet

      2. Use the top left option menu and select Work In Progress

      3. Select the desired work order

      4. Select the Customer tab

      5. Use the text icon at the top right

        1. Mobile Manager Pro will automatically populate the phone number from recognized Message Manager Pro phone fields

      6. Fill in the message you would like to send

      7. Tap the send arrow to send text message
