Select or Change the Phone Number Fields Message Manager Pro Uses

This article will guide you through how to select or change the phone number fields in your Shop Management System that Message Manager Pro will use to send text messages to customers.

Things To Note

  • The name of the selected option in Message Manager Pro must exactly match the corresponding field in your Shop Management System. If you edit the name of one, you must edit the other.

  • When messaging a customer Message Manager Pro first attempts to contact the customer through the primary phone field. If this message fails, it will default to the secondary phone field.

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General box

    3. Select the Shop Management tab from the left side of the menu

      1. On this screen you will see two dropdown menus. One labeled Primary Cell Phone and one labeled Secondary Cell Phone

      2. Select or write in each of these dropdown menus the fields that match the ones in your Shop Management System that you would like Message Manager Pro to use for sending customers text messages.

  2. Click Save & Close
