      Select A Shop Location

      Selecting a shop location in NextGear

      Things To Note

      • You can now view and edit your inspections from any workstation, tablet, or device

      • You can email or text your inspections right from the Next Gear Dashboard

      • You can add/edit/delete an appointment from the Next Gear calendar

      How To

      1. Open a web browser and go to  nextgear.boltontechnology.com  

        1. This is the main log in page for the Next Gear application

        2. Enter your Cell Phone number into the text field with the mobile device icon

          1. Select the Send Access Code button

          2. You will receive an Access Code via text message and email to the phone number and account email that was provided

          3. Enter the Access code in the provided text field

          4. To stay logged into your account select the checkbox provided

          5. Select the Sign in button to proceed

            1. Select your shop location by selecting the corresponding button

            2. To Add a new location select the add location button

              1. Select the Add New Location button

              2. Enter your shop phone number

              3. Select the Lookup Shop button

              4. Enter your shops Name and select look up shop

              5. A phone call will be sent to your shop for confirmation

          6. Proceed to Step 2 of this page below

      2. You will now see the inspection view of the Next Gear application (for MOBILE DEVICES select the 3 bar button in the top right hand corner)
