Run Advanced Scheduling Without Printing a Lube Sticker

Using Lube Sticker Pro to schedule a recommended service in advance without printing a Lube Sticker

Things to Note

  • When you click on the Print button in Lube Sticker Pro it will automatically add a recommendation and appointment as well as perform the advance scheduling functions.

  • If you do not need to print a lube sticker, you can select the Advanced Scheduling button to set the future recommendations in the same manner.

  • This can be done as long as the repair order has canned jobs as line items.

How To

  1. Select Pro Pack button 

  2. Select Lube Sticker Pro 

  3. If you do not already have a work order open, you will need to select one to access the main Lube Sticker Pro window.

  4. Select the Advanced Scheduling icon on the main Lube Sticker Pro window

    1. HINT: It's located to the right of the Average Miles Per Day: display and looks like a mini calendar. 

    2. Place your mouse curser over the image for an information balloon to appear identifying it.
