How to Use Quick Actions in Report Pro Workflow

  • You can use quick actions on Workflow Manager tiles by right clicking on them

How To

  1. Open your Report Pro software

    1. Select the Workflow Tab from the bottom of your Report pro software

      1. Right click a customer object tile, you can choose from the following options on the pop up list:

        1. View any inspection connected to the current ticket.

          1. Select the View Inspection option

        2. View the current status of the invoice in Report Pro

          1. Select the View Invoice option

        3. Print a sticker from Lube Sticker Pro

          1. Select the Print Lube Sticker option

        4. Send a text message – Another menu will appear that allows you to choose from any of your prebuilt text messages or you can compose a new one and send it to the customer.

        5. Send Text To Pay – From here you can send a customer a text message with their invoice allowing them to pay for the work remotely via text.

        6. Change Tile Color- Choose one of 12 colors to apply to your tile.

          1. You can decide what each color represents to you and your staff. Maybe assigning red to a tile indicates that the customer needs extra handling. Applying black can mean that the vehicle is ok to stay overnight. It’s up to you to decide.
