How are the custom check dollar amounts calculated
Once you load one of the two rewards checks into your account you will find a section on the campaign’s edit page called [Rewards Settings].
Rewards Settings
In this section you will set the criteria your customers need to meet to generate their custom rewards checks. The rewards settings will default to what you see above but are completely customizable by you.
Default Values
-
Rewards Minimum Amount: $30
-
Rewards Maximum Amount: $250
-
Rewards Percent: 3%
-
Rewards Calculated Increment: Months
-
Rewards Period: 6
What does this mean?
For my customers that have visited over the course of the last 6 months. Take 3% of their total spending over that period and give it to them as a rewards check. If 3% of their spending is less than $30 then give them a $30 check. If 3% of their spending is more then $250 then give them a $250 check.
Can I see the check values before activating the campaign?
The short answer is yes! If you navigate to the bottom of the campaign edit page you will see a customer list section.
In this section you will see two columns to the far right.
-
Rewards Calculated Amount: This is the dollar amount that will be printed on your customers check.
-
Repair Order Total in Rewards Period: This is the total spending during the rewards period that is used to calculate each customer’s check.
