How to view & manage your Review Request Queue in Message Manager Pro
Things To Note
- This queue will remain empty if you have Auto Send Review Requests enabled in Review Manager, as any possible review requests will have been sent automatically.
- The Review Request Queue is available if you would like more control over what customers receive review requests, when they are sent, or if you would like to customize the message for each customer.
How To
- From Message Manager Pro.
- Select the Home tab from the top menu.
- Click the Request Queue box.
- A window will appear containing a list of reviews waiting to be sent.
- Click the gray Send button on any reviews you would like to be sent.
- These review request are not required to be sent and can be deleted. Click the X in the upper right corner of an individual review request to erase it permanently.
- Whenever you are finished, you can click the double arrows in the upper right of this window to close it.
