How to view & manage your Review Request Queue in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

  • This queue will remain empty if you have Auto Send Review Requests enabled in Review Manager, as any possible review requests will have been sent automatically.
  • Using the Review Request Queue is a good option if you would like more individual control over what customers receive review requests, or if you would like to further customize the message for each customer or would like to control what time of day they are sent.
  • These review request are not required to be sent and can be deleted.

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro.
    1. Select the Home tab from the top menu.
    2. Click the Request Queue box.
      1. A window will appear containing a list of reviews waiting to be sent.
      2. Click the gray Send button on any reviews you would like to be sent.
      3. Click the X in the upper right corner of an individual review request to erase it permanently.
  2. Whenever you are finished, you can click the double arrows in the upper right of this window to close it.
