The Reviews page is where Reputation Manager subscribers can read reviews and may also be able to respond to reviews.
To access the Reviews page first select Service at the top of your screen in Retention Pro and then choose Reviews from the left side menu. Once you have review sources set up the Reviews page will look similar to this:
What Reviews Display Here?
The platform(s) you have set up will display across the top of the screen with the average rating and the total number of reviews for them. We display the following reviews:

Google
- Google My Business (allows you to respond to reviews within the Reviews page)

Bolt On (internal reviews only available for Reputation Manager subscribers)
Review Sources
Under Review Sources you will have a listing of the Reviews available including the Name, Date, Star Rating, and any written review available. You can click on All or a specific review source at the top right of the Review Sources section to change your listing view.
Removing Reviews
The Google reviews in Reputation Manager are only an imported version of the reviews available on Google, to remove a Google review you would need to do so through Google directly. Bolt On Reviews are internal reviews specifically for the Bolt On system. While we do not have a way for you to remove reviews you can toggle on/off the "Featured" setting for each review. This will hide the review from your review listing if you choose to place our review feed on your website.
Any internal Bolt On reviews do not get sent to any public forums unless you place our review feed on your website.
Setup
By clicking on the Setup button you will access further review options including Import and Export options as well as codes to place the review listing from Retention Pro on your website.
