When you subscribe to our add-on of Reputation Manager you gain access to special campaigns that are just for Reputation Manager subscribers.
When you add a Reputation Manager subscription to your account you will gain access to 3 specialty campaigns that are only for Reputation Manager subscribers. The first is a text campaign that sends out like an After Visit Follow Up message. The other two campaigns are email campaigns, one to request reviews and another to generate referrals.
Reputation Manager Text Campaign
The Reputation Manager Text campaign will appear in your Text Campaigns right next to the After Visit Follow Up text campaign.
If you have added the Reputation Manager subscription then the Edit button will be green.
You will generally want to have this campaign on in place of the standard After Visit Follow Up unless you want to send the After Visit Follow Up first (2 days after a visit) and then the Reputation Manager Review Text a few days later (5 or 6 days after a visit),
Within the campaign you will see variables for:
- "special.positive_review_link"
- "special.negative_review_link"
It is important that these variables are not edited in any way as they are what places the review links into the campaign. The Positive review link, which will have a YES next to it in the sent version, will send customers to Google to leave a review for your shop. The Negative review link, which will have a NO next to it in the sent version, will open a page where customers can leave a review within our system detailing exactly what they may have been unhappy with. This allows you to then reach out to the customer directly to respond to their concerns.
Reputation Manager Email Campaigns
The main Reputation Manager Email campaign will appear in your Email Campaigns right next to the Thank You Email campaign.
If you have added the Reputation Manager subscription then the Edit button will be green. This campaign is designed to work similarly to the text version of the campaign and the functionality is much the same.
Where the variables show in the email editor there will be buttons on the final sent version of the campaign. The positive review link will be a smiling face button 🙂 and the negative review link will be a frowning face button 🙁 for ease of customer use.
The other Reputation Manager Email campaign that you have access to is the Referral email campaign. This email offers customers an incentive for both them and the person they refer to your shop in order to prompt customers to refer friends and family members to you.
