Registering Tires

Things To Note

• We’ve created an easy-to-use portal with access to top tire brands’ registration sites. Report Pro will automatically pre-fill each form with as much information as it can pull from your management system.

How To

1. Open your Report Pro software

   1. From Report Pro

      1. Report Pro will load the last RO/Estimate/Invoice from your shop management system, if you want to register tires for a different invoice, see section B below

      2. Select the Tools Tab from the Report Pro header

      3. Select the Register Tires button from the Report Pro Header   

      4. From the Tire Registration pop-up window

         1. Select The brand of tires you wish to register

            1. From the Tire Registration DOT Numbers pop-up window

            2. Fill in the DOT numbers and quantity

            3. Select OK

         2. Verify the information that Report Pro has populated is correct

         3. Fill in any missing data

         4. Follow the website's instructions for submitting the registration data

   2. To Change the work order to register tires

      1. Select the Change Work Order button

      2. Select the desired invoice

      3. Follow the steps listed above
