How to receive a Message Using Next Gear Messaging

Things To Note

  • You can now view and edit your Next Gear inspections from any work station, tablet, or device from a web browser

  • You can email your inspections right from the Next Gear Dashboard

  • Messaging works like most other Messaging applications and you can view your messages directly through the Next Gear Dashboard

How To

  1. Open a web browser and go to nextgear.boltontechnology.com

    1. This is the main log in page for the Next gear application

    2. Enter your company's credentials

      1. If you do not have credentials and need to register please reach out to us

  1. Your incoming messages will appear in a blue pop up at the top of your Next Gear Application

    1. You can view all of your messages by selecting the Messaging link in your Next Gear header bar
      1. Your un-read messages will appear in bold faced print.
    2. To respond simply select the pop up message
    3. Type your response in the pop up message window
    4. Press the send button
