When you add Review Sources like Google to the Retention Pro Reviews page you can read a copy of your reviews from outside sources within the Retention Pro system.
To read your Reviews in Retention Pro first select Reviews from the left side menu under the Service tab.
This will open the Reviews screen where you will see a display of any reviews we have been able to import from Review Sources you have added.
In the example above you would click on the review listed under the "Review Sources" heading that is dated 7/16/2024. This will open a window that allows you to read the review.
You can use the "X" at the top right of the window or the Cancel button at the bottom right of the window to close it once you are done reading the review.
When the Review page first opens it will default to showing the last 2-3 months of reviews under Review Sources. You can change the date range of the reviews shown to see older reviews by clicking on the "Filters" button and setting your desired date range.
It is important to note that unless you have the Reputation Manager add-on subscription and have integrated your Google My Business account you will only be able to read reviews in our system. You would still need to go to your Google account to respond to reviews.
