You can right click on a tile in Workflow to access the Quick Actions.
How To

Open your Report Pro software

Select the Workflow Tab from the bottom of your Report pro software

Right click a customer object tile, you can choose from the following options on the pop up list:

View Inspection - View any inspection connected to the current ticket.

View Invoice - View the current status of the invoice in Report Pro

Print Lube Sticker - Print a sticker from Lube Sticker Pro

Send a text message – A menu will appear allowing you to select a prebuilt text message or compose a new one to send to the customer.

Send Text To Pay – From here you can send a customer a text message with their invoice allowing them to pay via text.

Change Tile Color- Choose one of 12 colors to apply to your tile.

You can decide what each color represents to you and your staff. Maybe assigning red to a tile means that the customer needs extra handling and applying black can mean that the vehicle is ok to stay overnight.
