Print Text Message History for a Phone Number

Things To Note

• Every text message that you send or receive from your customers is saved and stored in Message Manager.

• Text messages in Message Manager are date and time stamped for clear recordkeeping and to verify what was ordered or authorized for a customer.

How To

1. From Message Manager

   1. Double click to open a conversation with any customer.

      1. Click on the Print box in the menu above.

      2. This will open a window containing the entire conversation and all messages you’ve shared between your shop and the customer.

      3. Click File in the upper left of this window.

      4. Click Print from the dropdown menu that appears.

      5. Select your printer and print the conversation.

2. When finished click on the X in the upper right to exit the window and the customer’s conversation.
