From the Repair Orders page under the Service tab, you can access both the Payouts and Payment History sections.
Payouts
The Payouts page will have columns for your payout ID, total payout amount, and the date the funds will be deposited into your bank account.
Clicking View Transactions will allow you to view all the transactions associated to the payment with applicable fees.
Payment History
The Payment History page displays the status of each payment request sent, and also allows you to refund transactions as needed.
Refunding Payments
To refund a payment, click Show Details for the transaction, then select Refund in the pop-up window. This will open the refund options shown below:
To process a partial refund, enter the desired amount in the Amount to Refund field before clicking on Submit Refund.
