If you use NextGear for digital vehicle inspections, any recommendations you create there will write back to NapaTRACS Enterprise through your CRM.

• NOTE: Your CRM needs to be integrated with NextGear for this feature to work.

Any recommendations you create on an inspection in NextGear will write back to your customer’s vehicle profile in your CRM when your customer views the inspection link you share with them.

 

How do recommendations write back to NapaTracs Enterprise from your CRM

When recommendations are written back to your CRM from NextGear a quick sync is immediately triggered to write back those new recommendations to NapaTracs Enterprise.

• NOTE

  • Deleting a recommendation in NapaTracs Enterprise will delete it in your CRM on next full sync.

  • Any edits made to a recommendation in NapaTracs Enterprise will update in your CRM on next full sync.

  • The due date in NextGear will be the Due Date in NapaTracs Enterprise.
