If you are a NextGear digital vehicle inspection user any recommendations that you create in NextGear will write back to NapaTracs Enterprise from your CRM.

• NOTE: Your CRM needs to be integrated with NextGear for this feature to work.

Any recommendations you create on an inspection in NextGear will write back to your customer’s vehicle profile, in your CRM, when your customer [views] the inspection link you [share] with them.

 

How do recommendations write back to NapaTracs Enterprise from your CRM

When recommendations are written back to your CRM from NextGear a [quick sync] is immediately triggered to write back those new recommendations to NapaTracs Enterprise.

• NOTE

  • Deleting a recommendation in NapaTracs Enterprise will delete it in your CRM on next [full sync].

  • Any edits made to a recommendation in NapaTracs Enterprise will update in your CRM on next [full sync].

  • The [due date] in NextGear will be the [Due Date] in NapaTracs Enterprise.
