How to Move Appointments into Workflow Manager

  • The integration between Workflow Manager and Mobile Manager is essential for displaying the jobs that have been completed, as technicians will mark them off on the tablet upon completion.

How To

  1. Open your Report Pro software

  2. Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

  3. From Workflow Manager

    1. Select the Calendar icon from the upper left side of the Workflow Manager screen

      1. The pop-up window will display all of today's appointments

        1. You can change the day viewed by changing the date at the top of the pop-up window

      2. All appointments in the management system calendar will be displayed in this window for the date selected. 

        1. Each tag will show an appointment on the calendar with the customer name and vehicle type.  Hover over the tag with your mouse and a description box will open showing all the notes related to this vehicle’s appointment.  

      3. To Add an appointment to Workflow Manager

        1. Click on the appointment tag and drag it to the tech and/or status you wish the job to go to.
