This report lists your most frequently repaired vehicles by make and model. This data is pulled from your shop management system and then displayed accordingly.
Navigating to your most repaired vehicles report

Login to your Retention Pro account.

Click [Analytics] at the top of your screen.

Click [Repairs] on your left navigation bar.

Click the report block named [Most Repaired Vehicles].
Most Repaired Vehicles Date Range
When you load your report the date range will default to the last 4 months of data. The data is pulled from your shop management system and then displayed accordingly.
You can change the date range to whatever period you’d like by either updating the [Start/End Date] fields or using the [Quick Select Range], and then clicking update.
Printing and exporting the Most Repaired Vehicles Report
You have an option to either print or export your report by clicking the [Print] or [Download as Spreadsheet] button at the top right of your screen. The report will print or export based on the date range you have selected.
Reviewing report data
The top of your report will display your 4 most serviced vehicle makes along with total spending for each.
Below this section will be a list of vehicles serviced by make and model. This list will default to the top 50 entries, but can be increased to display up to 100 entries at a time.
The search bar at the top right of the list will allow you to search by both vehicle make and model.
Report column information

Count: Number of vehicles of this make and model serviced during the time period selected.

Make: Brand

Model: Vehicle model

Average Mileage: Average mileage of all vehicles serviced of this make/model during time period selected.

Average Year: Average year of all vehicles serviced of this make/model during time period selected.

Average Spending: Average spending of all vehicles serviced of this make/model during time period selected.

Total Spending: Total spending of all vehicles serviced of this make/model during time period selected.
Using this data for campaign purposes
This data is a great way to customize your campaigns to target the vehicle makes that contribute the most to your bottom line.
If you navigate to any campaign type (Text, Email, Direct Mail) you will notice an [Additional Filters] section. In this section you can set up your campaign to target vehicle makes of your choosing.
