Available in DVI for Shop Success Pro is a Message Center with quick access to your conversations with customers.
Message Center

The Message Center an be accessed from two areas.

Go to the Service tab at the top of your screen

From the left side menu click on Messages

Go to the DVI tab at the top of your screen

From the left side menu click on Messages.

Sharing & Receiving SMS
All the most recent and unread messages will populate to the top of the list.

The Message Center allows full 2-way text communication between you and your customer. The highlighted options above allow you to send Emoji’s, Pictures, and Canned Responses from ANY desktop or mobile device with internet access.
The star icon is where you can find your Canned Responses, which allow you to send quick responses to customers.
You can add additional Canned Responses on top of the preexisting templates as pictured below by selecting Manage Templates from the Canned Responses menu.

Quick Icons
The highlighted section above shows icons that allow you to call customers, book appointments, unsubscribe & block customers as needed. Unsubscribe removes a customer from receiving any more Automated Texts or Emails.

Block Number
Blocking a customer prevents any incoming OR outgoing texts from being delivered.
Creating Appointments from the Message Center
Select the icon highlighted below to begin scheduling an appointment for a customer you are in a conversation with.

Below is the screen you would see when going to book an appointment, this will write back directly to your shop's Mitchell1 Calendar.
Any field with an * is required to submit the appointment, everything else is optional. Once submitted the appointment will populate on both the Retention Pro Scheduler AND your shop's Mitchell1 Calendar.
