      Lookup AllData Repair Information

      How to lookup AllData Repair information in Report Pro

      Things To Note

      • An AllData Repair account is required to utilize this tool.

      • Most repair information can be printed from the AllData Repair window

      How To

      1. Open Report Pro

      2. Click on the Tools tab located on the top of Report Pro

      3. Click on AllData

        1. If AllData has not been configured, you will be prompted to enter your AllData Repair username and password.

        2. Entering your AllData credentials on one workstation will log all workstations with ProPack in to AllData Repair.

      4. An AllData Repair window will open with repair information for the vehicle Report Pro is linked to.

        1. Select Change Vehicle on the bottom right to select another vehicle from the work order selection list.

      5. Double click on a category (TSB, Diagrams, Maintenance) to expand it and view the repair information.

        1. Repair information can also be found by utilizing the search field located at the top right of the AllData repair window.
