This article is for the connection between Retention Pro and Lankar
The data connection or "sync" between the Lankar system and Retention Pro is triggered by adding new information into your Lankar system. This means that if you add a new Repair Order or Customer in Lankar it will trigger a sync automatically with Retention Pro to bring that information into our system.
Information:
Retention Pro remains connected to the LANKAR POS via a service uploader installed on the shop's host computer. For more information on that connection please see Establishing a connection with Lankar

Above are the items we are able to read in a sync with Lankar. Please note that our ability to connect with Lankar is currently only a one-way connection. We are able to read information from Lankar but we are not able to write information back to Lankar.
