Include Unit Number in the [Vehicle] Wildcard

This article will guide you through how to enable a feature that includes the Unit number in the [Vehicle] wildcard

Things To Note

• This is a great option if your shop is servicing fleet customers and will help them identify which specific vehicle from their fleet is due for service

• Without this option enabled the [Vehicle] wildcard only references the vehicle’s year, make, model, and license plate number (if enabled)

How To

1. From Message Manager Pro

   1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

   2. Click on the General box

   3. Select the Appointment Reminders box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click the Include Unit # in [Vehicle] Wildcard checkbox

2. Click Save & Close
