Include License Plate in the [Vehicle] Wildcard

This article will guide you through how to enable a feature that includes the license plate number in the [Vehicle] wildcard

Things To Note

• This is a great option if your shop specializes in a specific vehicle manufacturer or services fleet customers, providing more details will help reduce follow-up messages and confusion

• Without this option enabled the [Vehicle] wildcard only references the vehicle’s year, make, model, and unit number.

How To

1. From Message Manager Pro

   1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

   2. Click on the General box

   3. Select the Appointment Reminders box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click the Include License Plate in [Vehicle] Wildcard checkbox

2. Click Save & Close
