Include License Plate in the [Vehicle] Wildcard

How to enable a feature that includes the license plate number in the [Vehicle] wildcard in Message Manager Pro.

Things To Note

  • This is especially helpful if your shop services a specific manufacturer or has fleet accounts. Including more vehicle detail reduces follow-up questions and minimizes confusion.

  • Without this option enabled the [Vehicle] wildcard only references the vehicle’s year, make, model, and unit number.

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General box

    3. Select the Appointment Reminders box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click the Include License Plate in [Vehicle] Wildcard checkbox

  2. Click Save & Close
