Include Appointment Time in [AppointmentDate] Wildcard

This article will guide you through how to enable a feature that includes the time of the appointment with the date when using the [AppointmentDate] wildcard

Things To Note

  • Without this option enabled, the [AppointmentDate] wildcard only references the date of the customer’s appointment and not the specific time

  • Enabling this is a great way to eliminate the need for follow-up messages if the customer is unsure of the specific time of their appointment

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General box

    3. Select the Appointment Reminders box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click the Include Appointment Time in [AppoinmentDate] Wildcard checkbox

  2. Click Save & Close
