Important notes to keep in mind regarding Message Manager Pro

Things To Note About Message Manager:

  • To function normally, Message Manager MUST be running at all times!

  • For best results, set Message Manager to start on a PC that’s used every day so updates install as they’re released. This also helps ensure Message Manager is always running and able to handle your communications.

  • Message Manager must be running on the computer in order for it to send out the automated reminder text messages.

  • Message Manager is required for all communications used by Mobile Manager Pro.

  • Finally, make sure that the Message Manager Host is set up to only one computer. If more than one Host is set up then multiple automated messages will go out to your customers.
