This article is for the connection between Retention Pro and Identifix Direct Shop Online
The data connection or "sync" between the Identifix system and Retention Pro is kept current through regular daily syncs with your Identifix system. These are typically done a couple of times throughout the day to bring over any information you may have added or updated.
Information:
Retention Pro remains connected to the Identifix POS via a service uploader installed on the shop's host computer. For more information on connecting please see Establishing a connection with Identifix Directshop Online

Above are the items we are able to read in a sync with Identifix. Please note that our ability to connect with Identifix is currently only a one-way connection. We are able to read information from Identifix but we are not able to write information back to Identifix.
