Printing Receipts with Bolt On Pay
How to configure Bolt On Pay to print receipts for transactions.
How To
- Launch Bolt On Pay
- Select a Work Order from the list to access the Bolt On Pay options
- Click the SETTINGS tab at the top
- Click on Home from the left side of the Settings window
- Change the Print Option to Always or Ask based on your preference
- If the Print Option is set to Never, then receipts will not print
- For Receipt Type choose which format you would like
- The options are either Quick Charge Receipt or Report Pro Invoice
- Save & Close
We suggest using the Always print a receipt option. This setting eliminates any uncertainty about the functionality of the receipt printing feature, especially in a busy environment with multiple employees.
