Printing Receipts with Bolt On Pay

How to configure Bolt On Pay to print receipts for transactions.

How To

  1. Launch Bolt On Pay
  2. Select a Work Order from the list to access the Bolt On Pay options
  3. Click the SETTINGS tab at the top
  4. Click on Home from the left side of the Settings window
  5. Change the Print Option to Always or Ask based on your preference
    1. If the Print Option is set to Never, then receipts will not print
  1. For Receipt Type choose which format you would like
    1. The options are either Quick Charge Receipt or Report Pro Invoice
  2. Save & Close

We suggest using the Always print a receipt option.  This setting eliminates any uncertainty about the functionality of the receipt printing feature, especially in a busy environment with multiple employees.
