How to Allow Notifications in Chrome

In order to utilize browser notifications in Retention Pro you may need to enable them in Chrome

How To:

  • Step 1. At the top right in Chrome, click the three dots ":", and then Settings.

  • Step 2. In the search bar at the top, type in Notification and then click on Site Settings

  • Step 3. On the Site Settings page, click Notifications

  • Step 4. If you do not see Myshopmanager.com in the list click on the settings icon to the left of the address bar when you have Retention Pro open and select "Site Settings" to open the browser setting for this specific website.

  • Step 5. Click on Windows Start and type Notifications.

  • Step 6. Make sure that your notifications are set to ON and that your Chrome browser is also turned on.

If Chrome shows your notification as "Allow" then you may need to reset the permissions for our site.  Once you do this you will be asked to enable notifications and permissions again the next time you enter or refresh our site.
