How long will this direct mail take to get to my customers?

Direct Mail campaigns can be impacted by mail carrier delays but we do try to provide delivery estimate windows before you activate a campaign.

When in a the direct mail campaign you can see the estimated delivery time USPS is giving us with both standard and first class options. You will see this on the left hand side of the campaign edit screen under Pricing:

Estimated Delivery shows the potential time frame when sent with standard delivery.  First Class Estimated is the potential time frame available if the toggle for "First Class Delivery" is activated.
