How long will this mail take to get to my customers?

Direct Mail campaigns can be impacted by mail carrier delays but we do try to provide delivery estimate windows before you activate a campaign.

When working on a direct mail campaign, you can view the estimated delivery times provided by USPS for both standard and first-class mailing options. This information is displayed on the left side of the campaign edit screen under the Pricing section:

Estimated Delivery shows the potential time frame when sent with standard delivery.  First Class Estimated is the potential time frame available if the toggle for "First Class Delivery" is activated.
