How do you cancel an Appointment in Retention Pro?

You can only cancel appointments in Retention Pro if they were created originally in Retention Pro. If the appointment came from your Shop Management System then you will need to cancel it there.

 Click on Appointments on the left-hand panel of your Retention Pro Dashboard

Click on the appointment that you would like to have canceled.

Click on the customer's name.

From here you'll be navigated to the customer's profile. Once here, scroll down until you see the Upcoming Appointments.

On the right-hand side you'll see an option that says Cancel. Click this and you will have successfully canceled the appointment!

If the Appointment was created in your Point of Sale then the Cancel button will not be available, you will need to cancel the Appointment in your Point of Sale.
