How Do I View The Status Of My Initial Data Upload?

Data Upload, which makes your shop’s information available to other Bolt ON products and integrated partners, is managed in the Account Management Portal.

Things To Note

  • When you first sign up, it can take up to 24 hours for your initial information to appear in Account Manager.

How To

  1. Log into your Account Management Portal, Click here for steps to log in.
  2. Under the Account heading, click the Data Upload button
    1. Data Upload allows shop data to be uploaded to share with integrated partners. Partner Integration set up can be found by Clicking Here
      1. The Bolt ON Products that will use the data upload are:
        1. Dashboard
        2. Appointment Integration
  3. If Data has not been uploaded, check the box to begin initial upload
  4. Once Data has been uploaded the Data upload will show Green and state “Initial Data Upload Complete”
