How do I view a PDF preview of this direct mail piece?

You will be automatically shown a PDF preview of a direct mail campaign to approve when you select to Finalize and Send a direct mail campaign.

Before you activate your mail piece you can view a PDF preview of the mail piece. 

In the campaign edit screen of the mail piece you want to send click show PDF on the left hand side. 

This will open a new tab and show you what the piece looks like with all your company information or variables filled in.
