How Do I Update The V Card In Message Manager?

You can update the information on the V Card you send to customers in Message Manager Pro through the Account Management Portal.

In Message Manager Pro you can send a customer a "V Card" that provides them with your shop's information to easily save to their phone.  

How To:

  • Log into your Account Management Portal, Click here for steps to log in.

  • Upon logging in you will be directed to the Settings page.

    • You can access the settings page at any time by clicking the 3 lines at the upper right.

  • Select the “Shop information” Button under the Account heading

    • Review your shop information

    • Make any necessary changes by typing the appropriate data in the text fields 

  • Click the Check mark in the bottom right to save the updated Shop Information
