      How Do I Update My AllData Manage Online Password?

      If you've updated your password in AllData Manage Online, as is required quarterly, you will need to update the password in Retention Pro as well.

      Click Data in the top navigation bar and then select the blue Edit button next to the Data Source for AllData Manage Online.

      Enter your updated password in the entry box under Password and click the blue "Save & Test Credentials" button.

      A status/success message will display at the top right of the screen and your data should update within 48 hours.
