How Do I Start an Inspection for a Customer's New Vehicle in Mobile Manager Pro?
If an existing customer has a new vehicle, you can easily add it to their profile directly from Mobile Manager Pro.
How To
- On the Work in Progress screen of Mobile Manager Pro:
- Use the plus sign at the top to open a new order.
- Enter the customer's last name.
- Then select the magnifying glass to the right of the letter L on your keyboard to search for the customer.
- Once you find the customer, select the customer's name and the bar to the left will change color.
- Select the right menu and choose new vehicle.
- This will start a brand new estimate under that customer's name which will allow you to go to the Vehicle Tab and fill out the remaining information.
