How Do I Start an Inspection for a Customer's New Vehicle in Mobile Manager Pro?

If an existing customer arrives with a new vehicle, you can easily add this new vehicle to their profile in Mobile Manager Pro.

How To

• On the Work in Progress screen of Mobile Manager Pro:
  • Enter the customer's last name. Then select the magnifying glass to the right of the letter L to search for the customer. 
  • Once you find the customer, select the customer's name and the bar to the left will change color.
  • Then select the right menu and choose new vehicle
  • This will start a brand new estimate under that customer's name which will allow you to go to the Vehicle Tab and fill out the remaining information.
