How Do I Set Up Auto Responder In Message Manager Pro?

Auto Responder in Message Manager Pro will send an automated reply to customers who text in while you are unavailable.

Things To Note

  • Auto Responder can only send replies while Message Manager Pro is running. 
  • If you would like to use Auto Responder overnight then you will need to leave a computer with Message Manager Pro running overnight. 

How To

  1. Open Message Manager Pro
  2. Click on Settings at the top of the window
  3. Select Auto Responder from the Settings options
  4. From the Auto Responder Settings section you can click the checkbox for Enable Auto Responder to activate the Auto Responder
    1. Start Time is where you would put the time you would like for the Auto Responder to begin replying to messages
    2. End Time is where you would put the time you would like for the Auto Responder to stop replying to messages
  5. To change the message the Auto Responder sends, click in the Auto Response Message text box and make the desired changes. 
    1. By default, you will see [CustomerName] which auto-fills the name of the customer it is respondng to. Do not edit the brackets or text if you want the name included.
  6. Click on Save & Close from the left side menu once you are finished making changes.
