If you have forgotten your Retention Pro password, follow the steps below to reset your password.
Step 1: Generate a Password Reset Email

Go to the MyShopManager.com log in screen

Click the Forgotten Password? link below the email/password entry fields

Enter your Retention Pro User ID (your email address)

Click "Send Password Reset Email Link”
Step 2: Follow the Instructions in the Password Reset Email
Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and include at least 1 letter and 1 number. Passwords are case sensitive.
Didn't get an email to reset your password?
Be sure to check your "Junk" and "Spam" folders. Password reset emails come from donotreply@myshopmanager.com which may get caught in email spam filters.
If after checking those folders and waiting approximately 5-10 minutes you still do not see the email please submit a ticket to Support or call us at
