How Do I Add or Remove Canned Notes On Mobile Manager Pro Inspections?
Canned Notes on a Mobile Manager Inspection Template can only be added, edited, or removed through Report Pro.
Things To Note:
- Each Canned Note will need to be individually removed from each Inspection Point.
- The Inspection Templates you use in Mobile Manager Pro will need to be edited from within Report Pro.
How To:
- Open Report Pro
- Select the Inspections tab at the bottom of the Report Pro window.
- Select Customize from the top menu.
- From the Customize options select Multipoint Inspection.
- Choose the Inspection Template you want to edit from the list of Inspections.
- From the Inspection Editor select Open Points Editor in the top menu.
- On the left side of this window you will see a list of each Inspection Point.
- Select the desired Inspection Point.
- From the panel on the right side of the window you can edit the selected Inspection Point.
- Select the Canned Note tab from the editing panel.
- To add a Canned Note select the Add button at the bottom, enter the title and description of the note, and select OK.
- To edit an existing Canned Note you can double click on it, make the desired edits, and select OK.
- To remove a Canned Note highlight it and then click the Remove button at the bottom.
- You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the canned note, select Yes to delete.
- Once you exit the Points Editor select Save & Close on the Inspection Editor.
- From the Inspection Editor select Open Points Editor in the top menu.
- Choose the Inspection Template you want to edit from the list of Inspections.
