In Mobile Manager Pro, notes must be manually copied and pasted, while images and videos can be moved using the system's features.
In cases where an inspection intended for one customer has been mistakenly conducted under a different customer, you will need to transfer all relevant information from the incorrect inspection to the correct customer's inspection.
- First, ensure that you have the same type of inspection open under the correct customer.
- For Tech Notes and Recommendations:
- Click on the notes
- Highlight the information that is in the note and copy it
- Then go to the inspection that is under the correct customer
- Under that same group and point, paste the information
- For Pictures and Videos:
- Right click on each image or video file
- You will see a “move” option
- You can choose to move it to a different point inside of that specific inspection or you can move it to an entirely different inspection.
- Find the inspection you need to move it to
- Select Okay
- The next window is going to be which inspection point you want to move the video or picture to on the correct inspection.
- Locate the inspection point that the image or video needs to go to and then hit OK.
- The image or video will be removed from the incorrect inspection and will now be on the inspection for the correct customer.
