Campaign editing permissions can be managed using the toggle found on any campaign edit screen within Retention Pro.
By default, both Owner and Standard/Member users have permission to edit campaigns in Retention Pro. If you prefer to limit campaign editing to only Owner/Admin users, there is an option available to adjust these permissions.
How To
- Select Campaigns at the top of your Retention Pro screen
- Click on Text Message or Email from the left side menu
- Click on the Edit button next to any of your campaigns
- From the left side of your campaign edit screen you will find a toggle under the Test Message area.
- Enabling this toggle will restrict Standard/Member level users from being able to make edits to your campaigns.
- Enabling it on one campaign will make it active for all campaigns.
- Standard/Member level users can still turn campaigns on or off from the main campaign screen using the Status toggle.
