How Do I Find Repair Information In Mobile Manager Pro?

You can integrate Mobile Manager Pro with ProDemand, Shopkey, and AllData for repair information.

  • Repair information can be found in two places:

    • Under the Vehicle tab click the right menu and then Repair Information.

      • If your tablet shows a message that you need to select at least one repair:

        • Exit to the Work In Progress page

        • Select the left menu

        • Click Settings, then scroll down to “Repair Information” 

        • Here you will find if your shop has credentials entered for ProDemand, ShopKey, or AllData.

    • To see repairs through the Order tab:

      • select the right menu and at the top of list is “AllData Repair”.
