How Do I Edit or Disable Transportation Lists in Appointment Integration?

Appointment Integration includes an optional feature that lets you display a dropdown menu, making it easy for customers to select if they need a ride, loaner vehicle, rideshare, or other transportation.

How To

  1. Log in to the Account Management Portal - see Logging in to Account Management for more information

  2. Use the Menu icon (three horizontal lines located in the upper right hand corner) to choose Settings

  3. In Settings, scroll down until you see the Pit Stop section 

  4. Click on the APPOINTMENT icon

    1. The APPOINTMENT INFORMATION page will be displayed

  5. Scroll down to the Display Appointment Drop Down List checkbox

  6. If your shop does not offer any type of ride assistance, uncheck the Display Appointment Drop Down List checkbox.

  7. If your shop does offer ride assistance, check the Display Appointment Drop Down List checkbox.

  8. Once enabled, you can specify which types of ride assistance your shop offers.

    1. First, a label must be created so that your customers will know what is being offered

      1. For example, if you want to offer several options then create labels like this:

        1. Loaner Car

        2. Uber

        3. Lyft

        4. Need a Ride

    2. Click the Add Drop Down List Item button after each entry to create an item

      1. Enter the description in the popup dialog and click Ok
      2. Keep adding items until you have entered all the types of transportation you offer
    3. Save these settings by clicking the blue check mark icon
  9. Check your shop’s website to make sure that you are happy with the results
