      How Do I Check Device Information for my Mobile Manager Pro Tablet?

      You can find Device Information in the Settings area of your Mobile Manager Pro app.

      Things To Note

      • Device Info will read your management system, tablet IP address, SSID if possible, and device ID
      • Device ID is used by the Bolt On Support Team for troubleshooting
      • The Device Info is specific to each tablet

      How To

      1. Open Mobile Manager Pro on the desired tablet
      2. Use the top left options menu and select Settings
      3. Use the top right options menu and select Device Info
      4. Select OK at the bottom right to exit the menu
