Your Shop Logo in Retention Pro will be used for things like Email Campaigns, the online Appointment Scheduler, and Direct Mail Campaigns.
To change your Shop Logo you would go to Management and then select Shop Logo under Company Settings. For more information on the Management section please see Management or Company Settings
If you do not have a logo on file you can add one at any time. If you are looking to update the logo you already have please reach out to Support by phone, email, or ticket as we will need to remove the previous one for you before a new one can be added. How Do I Contact Retention Pro?
If you already have a Shop Logo loaded into our system then that section will look like this;

If you do not already have a logo in our system or if you have already contacted us to remove your previous logo then it will look like this;

If you have the button that says “Click to upload logo” you can click on that button to open a file select dialog box.
You will want to navigate away from that screen once you have selected your file and give it a few minutes to finish loading the image, but when you navigate back to the Shop Logo section you should see your logo available.
