To change your Shop Logo you would go to Management and then select Shop Logo under Company Settings. For more information on the Management section please see Management or Company Settings
If you do not have a logo on file you can add one at any time. If you want to update the logo you already have you may need to reach out to Support to have us remove the previous one for you before a new one can be added. How Do I Contact Retention Pro?
If you already have a Shop Logo loaded into our system then that section will look like this;
If you have the Delete Logo button available you will need to click on that button before you are able to add a new logo.
If you do not already have a logo in our system, have removed it, or if you have already contacted us to remove it for you then it will look like this;
If you have the button that says “Click to upload logo” you can click on that button to open a file select dialog box.
You will want to navigate away from that screen once you have selected your file and give it a few minutes to finish loading the image, but when you navigate back to the Shop Logo section you should see your logo available.
