How Do I Cancel A Retention Pro Account?

How to submit a cancellation request for Retention Pro.

We are sorry to hear that you wish to discontinue services with Bolt On Technology - Retention Pro. Per our company policy, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation. It is important to note that you remain responsible for all payments during this notice period and will continue to have access for the months you have paid for. Follow these steps to submit your formal cancellation request:

  • Please contact our Client Success team at (813) 797-6950. 
  • Once you have spoken to our Client Success team they will be able to provide you with a formal cancellation request form to fill out.


We require a 30-day notice. During this time your products will be available, and your account will remain billable until the end of the 30 day notice.
