How to submit a cancellation request for a Bolt On Technology Pro Pack Account
We are sorry to hear that you wish to discontinue services with Bolt On Technology - Pro Pack. Per our company policy, we require a notice of at least one full business day to cancel your account if you have a month-to-month subscription with us. If you are on an annual subscription, we require a cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract.
As an example; if your month-to-month subscription renews on Wednesday August 8th, you would need to submit your cancellation request on or before Monday August 6th if you do not wish to be billed for your monthly subscription on Wednesday August 8th.
It is important to note that you remain responsible for all payments during your notice period and will continue to have access for the months you have paid for.
Please follow these steps to submit your formal cancellation request:
- You can contact either your Account Manager or our Support team. Our Support team is available at 610-400-1019 or you can submit a support ticket through our portal - Ticket Portal
- Once you have spoken with a member of our team, they will provide you with a formal cancellation request form that you will need to complete.
