How Can I Send a Test Email?
There is an option to send a test version of email campaigns within Retention Pro that is accessible from the Edit screen of the campaign.
Once you have set your email filters you can send yourself a test email. A test email will send a live (example) copy of what your customers will receive to the email address of your choosing as a preview before you activate the campaign.
On the left-hand side of the campaign edit screen, there is an area that says “Send Test Email”; there you will add your email address and press Send Test.

It is important to note that you are only able to send up to 5 test emails per hour.
Please note - You will NOT be able to send a test email if the email campaign is set up as a MyList campaign. The test email will only send successfully for one-time and continuous campaigns sent to Existing Customers.
