How Can I See My Return On Investment For DVI/Pro Pack?
The DVI ROI Calculator is accessible from the Pro Pack main menu
The Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator uses your shop’s own data to show exactly how digital vehicle inspections increase both revenue and efficiency. With this tool, you can clearly see your estimated return on investment from utilizing Digital Vehicle Inspections.
Where Can I See It?
To access the DVI ROI Calculator you will need to be on the Pro Pack main menu window. This window appears when you click the Pro Pack icon on your desktop or choose the menu option at the top left of any window.

What Information Will Be On It?
You will then have the following sections and data available:
-
90-Day Snapshot - Total Repair Orders, Average RO Total, % with Inspections, % with 20+ Photos, and % Viewed by Customers.
- Impact of Quality Inspections on ARO - Repair Order totals for Repair Orders without an inspection, with an inspection that had less than 20 Photos, and with an inspection that had 20 photos or more.
- Based on data from shops using our DVI, we consistently see that repair orders with inspections including fewer than 20 photos generate approximately 10% more revenue, while inspections with 20 or more photos generate approximately 30% more revenue, compared to repair orders without inspections. This data demonstrates the measurable impact of thorough inspections on your bottom line.
- Trend Summary - Inspections with 20 photos or more and the Average RO total over the last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days.
- Revenue Opportunity - A look at potential missed revenue opportunity from the last 90 days based on the Repair Orders without inspections or with inspections that had less than 20 photos compared to the totals of those with an inspection that had 20 photos or more.
- Revenue opportunity is determined by taking the number of repair orders in each category and multiplying it by the difference in average RO total compared to repair orders with inspections that include 20 or more photos.
- Custom Calculator - Use your shop’s own data, projections, or goals to estimate your Monthly and Annual Return on Investment. Generate calculations for a range of possible outcomes with these variables so you can anticipate and plan more confidently for the future.
