There are currently two ways you can remove messages from the messaging center in Retention Pro, both are ONLY accessible from an Owner level user.
The first option would be to individually delete each message by simply clicking where it says “delete” below each message in the messaging center.

The second option would be to adjust your company message settings to “Inbox Clearing Mode”. This will “hide” messages from the inbox entirely after a certain period of time in which you set and can be useful for shops who prefer to respond to text messages using the emailed alerts they receive.
To adjust this setting, you would open the “Management” section within Retention Pro and it will take you, by default, to Company Settings as the first page. Select the “Messaging” tab and under “Messaging Mode” you can adjust from standard mode to inbox clearing mode.

Once you select Inbox Clearing Mode you will be able to set the period of time in which you would like messages cleared.
